Join Our Team as a Machine Operator - 2nd Shift at Modula USA

Modula USA is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for the 2nd shift. This role involves operating and maintaining our specialized machinery to ensure high-quality manufacturing standards.

Job Details

• Position: Full-time, 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM), with initial training on 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
• Responsibilities include machine setup, adjustments, quality checks, preventive maintenance, minor repairs, and material handling.
• Operate various automated and robotic machines, including Punching/Bending, Robotic Welding, Laser Cutting, and others.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience, automated manufacturing experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in CNC or electrical work preferred
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and blueprint reading skills
• Proficiency with basic tools, measuring instruments, and computer applications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in a physically demanding environment, and pass background/drug screening

Work Environment

Primarily standing (75%), with some walking, twisting, climbing, and lifting. Use of material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks is required.
