**Job Details:**This position is responsible for operating machinery to ensure the continuous flow of product through the production process and ensuring proper ingredients/supplies are being used on the line. Responsible for monitoring and adjusting machine settings as needed and notifying supervisor if machines should require maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.**ATTN Prior Tyson Workers:****Candidates who have previously worked for Tyson will have a minimum rehire waiting period of 365 days and are limited to 3 times of employment.**The pay for this position starts at $17.50/hr. with a $.25 shift differential for 2nd shift and $1.00 shift differential for 3rd Shift.**Hours**: 2nd Shift- 3:00pm-11:00pm3rd Shift- 11:00pm-7:00am**Responsibilities:**The primary responsibility of this position is to operate the machines in the Corn / Flour department. This involves closely monitoring, making necessary adjustments, and promptly reporting any issues to the supervisor or lead. Additionally, this role requires maintaining various log sheets.* All team members are responsible for safety.* Documenting and calculating results accurately.* Taking corrective action when necessary (alert appropriate personnel to adjust process; identify, segregate, & isolate non-conforming product).* Reporting results to management.* Any additional assignments requested.**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.* Team Member must be willing and able to perform physical and visual inspections of product and plant systems.* Team Member will be exposed to warm temperatures ranging from 65-90 degrees, wet and humid conditions, slippery floors in certain areas, and concrete floors.* Team Member will be exposed to airborne particles and noise levels that require hearing protection.**Requirements:*** 3 months work History with the same employer.**Relocation Assistance Eligible:**No**Work Shift:**ALL SHIFTS (United States of America)**Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.
