Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a motivated Thread Rolling Operator Trainee to join our manufacturing team in Los Angeles. You will learn to operate thread rolling equipment to produce precision metal components in a fast-paced facility.

The role requires detail orientation and mechanical aptitude with a 2nd shift from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Prior experience is not required, but a strong willingness to learn is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions.
• Basic math including fractions and decimals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up and operate thread rolling machines and related production equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
• Use measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, comparators, and microscopes to verify part quality.
• Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks to ensure product compliance.
• Monitor machine performance and report equipment or safety concerns promptly.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow quality management procedures, safety standards, and production requirements.
• Accurately complete production records and manufacturing transactions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain workplace organization standards.
