Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. This role offers opportunities on both the 1st and 2nd shifts, with a 12-hour rotating schedule. The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to coat products with precision.

Responsibilities

• Select, weigh, measure, prepare, and add appropriate coatings to machines.
• Set up and operate machines to coat products effectively.
• Observe machine gauges and equipment to detect defects or deviations from standards and make necessary adjustments.
• Record operational data on specified forms.
• Understand raw materials, production processes, and other techniques to maximize the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
