Job summary

Atlas Molded Products in Perryville, MO is seeking a Machine Operator for the Perryville facility. The role involves following shift directions, understanding manufacturing processes, inspecting parts, and operating packaging and material handling equipment.

Preferred candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and basic math skills, with prior manufacturing experience preferred. The job requires light to moderate physical effort and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken preferred.
• Must be able to use simple math, count and use basic hand-held measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Report to Manager at shift start for direction for the day.
• General understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, equipment operations, safety requirements and departmental procedures.
• Inspect and package parts according to specification pages and record information on in-process sheets.
• Bundle, wrap, stack, pack, assemble and/or label materials per production instructions.
• Operate side-wrappers and pallet jacks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Knowledge of and ability to operate Pre-breakers / Re-Grinding equipment to recycle EPS.
• Must be trained and familiar with general safety.
