Qualifications

• Must pass strength assessment and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines at predetermined speeds according to standards.
• Perform line change oversight on production lines.
• Address maintenance situations on equipment during production runs.
• Inspect and evaluate equipment and report repair needs.
• Provide direction to line workers and assist in training new employees.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanup around lines during downtime and after runs.
• Monitor finished product quality to ensure safety standards.
