Job summary

The Watkins Company is hiring a Full Time Production Worker (Utility) on the 2nd shift in Winona, MN. Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 4:15pm to 2:45am. Pay is $20.39 per hour with a $1,750 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include feeding, labeling, assembling, inspecting, and packaging products on automated lines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Strong problem solving skills and deductive reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Unpacks and feeds bottles, jars, and containers to production lines.
• Applies labels to containers or wraps products with semi-automatic equipment.
• Assembles, sorts, counts, weighs and boxes filled containers.
• Places fitments, caps, protectors, and other parts on bottles and boxes.
• Ensures proper count and palletizes packaged cases.
• Inspects feed materials, products, and components for quality.
• Inspects finished materials and informs operators of deficiencies.
• Assists with line changeovers by filling labels and packaging.
• Performs general housekeeping on and around lines.
