Job summary

Weasler Engineering Inc. is seeking career-minded individuals to join a solid team in West Bend, WI. The CNC operator will set up and run various CNC machines, read drawings, and follow manufacturing orders while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The 1st shift runs 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with starting pay of $22.95 per hour. We offer comprehensive benefits and a strong focus on employee development, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Experience operating and setting up CNC machinery or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read drawings, BOMs and manufacturing orders; follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of CNC machinery.
• Follow drawings, specifications and bills of material to manufacture parts.
• Document processes and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Adhere to quality and safety regulations; perform housekeeping as required.
