Job summary

Central Wisconsin Woodworking Corporation seeks a full-time Machine Operator at the Weston, WI location. Training available; prior machining experience is a plus.

The role involves running glue line and various woodworking machinery to produce cabinet components, reading work orders, and maintaining tolerances with measuring tools. Responsibilities include QA checks on parts, accurate labeling, and proactive coordination with other departments to ensure smooth production.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and proper storage of finished goods.

Job description

Central Wisconsin Woodworking Corporation is seeking a full-time Machine Operator at our Weston, WI location. Performance evaluation and wage adjustment after 60 day probationary period. Prior machining experience is a plus, but willing to train proper candidate.

Job Aspects

• Running a Glue Line, Laminate Saw and other machinery (Doweling Machine, Edgebander etc.) related to processing wood cabinet construction
• Safely operate equipment, completing each machining process with precision
• Ability to read instructions, work orders and learn how to read prints
• Use measuring equipment to maintain identified tolerances
• Perform a visual check on completed parts for QA purposes and ensure all labeling is properly placed
• Work proactively with other departments
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Move finished products to holding carts and follow procedure for proper storage if necessary

Working Conditions/Schedule

• Monday – Thursday 6-4:30, overtime as required.
