CWWC is seeking a woodworker to join our growing team in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will adapt to our standards and achieve proficiency in cabinet construction and various woodworking techniques throughout the assembly process.

Responsibilities include building cabinetry per project specifications, maintaining safety, and collaborating with team members to meet deadlines. Strong communication and organizational skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Prior woodworking/carpentry experience.

CWWC is looking for woodworkers to add to our growing team. Ideal candidate will be able to adapt to our standards and achieve proficiency in a range of skills including custom cabinet construction and various woodworking techniques throughout the assembly process.

Pay is determined based on experience and skill level.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Promote and adhere to all safety guidelines, policies, and practices. Immediately report all incidents, injuries or near misses to a Foreperson.
• Build cabinetry in units according to the Project estimate specifications to meet client requests
  
• Work efficiently and collaboratively to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Use all basic hand tools safely and competently.
  
• Read and interpret design drawings and production documents.
• May cross train to perform other duties.

  Prior woodworking/carpentry experience

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma preferred.

Working Conditions/Schedule:

Monday – Thursday 6-4:30, overtime as required
