Job summary

Cardinal Health Associate II, Assembly plays a key role in the manufacturing process of Cardinal Health medical products. The Associate II, Assembly operates multiple machines at once and performs routine inspections of manufactured products in accordance with quality specifications.

This job reports defects and works with the quality team to investigate and identify route causes. This job ensures that manufactured parts are captured in bins and prepared for transport.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience, preferred.
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.

  • Measures and records data associated with operating and manufacturing equipment.
  • Verifies outputs in the manufacturing process and ensures that quality and quantity standards are met.
  • Inspects components for debris, and or any other potential quality defect and reports defects as needed to management and the quality team.
  • Performs duties in compliance with all safety rules and regulations required by the Company, Local, and State and Federal provisions.

The Associate II, Assembly tasks are performed in accordance with applicable safety guidelines, as well as appropriate processing standards.

Pay rate

Pay rate: $17.00 per hour Bonus eligible: No
