Work in a clean, safe, temperature-controlled plant and enjoy 3-day weekends. Machine Operators play an integral role in ensuring our machines operate at optimal capacity; they assist in observing safe and efficient equipment operations. This position is supported by Manufacturing Line Leads, Spider, Production Supervisors, and Management. We want you to succeed.

Essential Functions/Job Duties

Minimal Qualifications

1. 6 months’ experience in a highly physical, labor-intensive position (e.g., construction, warehouse, machine operation, farmhand, freight handling).
2. Proficient in basic math and reading skills.
3. Ability to work full-time, including some overtime.
4. Must be 18 years or older.
5. Must pass a post-offer drug test and background check.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand on concrete floors with fatigue mats for 8-12 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 400 pounds using manual carts.
• Sufficient visual and audio acuity to work safely and accurately in an industrial environment.

Hours and Pay

• Monday-Thursday, 6:42 am - 4:42 pm.
• Starting at $16.00/hour.
