We are seeking a 1st shift Machine Operator at Parker Hannifin Autoclave in Erie, PA.

Responsibilities include:

1. Operate CNC equipment such as lathes and mills.
2. Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
3. Use measuring tools and instruments to ensure accuracy.
4. Load programs and follow setup sheets.
5. Perform basic setup and machine operation.
6. Inspect parts against drawings for quality and finish.
7. Maintain equipment and clean the work area.
8. Handle additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Ability to understand and read CNC programming code (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of CNC machining techniques.
• Experience with tooling and precision machining (preferred).
• Ability to operate multiple machines.
• Manual math skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Ability to read and understand complex drawings (preferred).
• Ability to perform job duties with supervision.
