Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Machine Operator for our client in Broomfield, CO. On the 1st shift, you will support production by operating presses and other machinery, performing daily production and assembly tasks, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. You may cross-train in multiple functions and participate in molding, de-molding, and trimming processes to keep production moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to sit or stand in a stationary position for approximately 75% of the shift.
• Capability to move within the warehouse, including occasional use of stairs.
• Proficiency in using fingers/hands for assembly of small parts and tools.
• Comfort with repetitive motions and grasping tools or parts for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move supplies and products weighing over 35 pounds.

As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency in every task. We currently have three shifts available :

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:15 AM - 3:45 PM Pay: $22.75/hour

• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM Pay: $24.75/hour

• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay: $24.75/hour Candidates interested in the weekend shift must be available to interview during weekend shift hours.
