Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Machine Operator for a medical device manufacturing client in New Hampshire. You will operate equipment, follow SOPs, and document production logs while supporting material handling and inventory control.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing or packaging experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in an FDA-regulated environment. Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or packaging environments.
• Familiar with following written SOPs and work instructions.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment according to SOPs and specs.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain production logs.
• Support preventive maintenance and report issues to leadership.
• Assist with material handling and inventory control.
• Maintain GMP compliance and a clean, safe work area.

Our client, a medical device manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay Range: $19 - $21 per hour based on experience
Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

• Operate manufacturing equipment according to established SOPs, work instructions, and specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain operational logbooks and production documentation.
• Support preventative maintenance activities and report equipment issues to leadership.
• Assist with material handling, inventory control, and maintaining material segregation.
• Maintain GMP compliance, product quality standards, and a clean, orderly work area.

What's Needed?

• Manufacturing or packaging experience.
• Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and supervisor direction.
• Ability to work a1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday 7AM to3:30 PM
