Join our organization to advance your career in a secure world through innovative electrical solutions. We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain the Lincoln Robotic Welder, utilizing computerized manufacturing technologies to support our Modular Department.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and adjust manufacturing equipment, including controllers and programs, to meet production specifications.
  • Set up fabrication equipment according to documentation, ensuring safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain proper material positioning and dimensions as per blueprints.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues in collaboration with maintenance teams.
  • Ensure products meet Hoffman quality standards and inspect work for dimensional accuracy.
  • Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and team activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Preferred: 1+ year experience with CNC manufacturing equipment and 2+ years in production.
  • Computer proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, JD Edwards, Radan, DPA.
  • Good safety record with no recent corrective actions or performance issues.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials, read measuring tools, and obtain forklift certification.
  • Welding certification and robotics training are desirable.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety policies.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and blueprint reading skills.
