Responsibilities:

• Perform machine tending operations and operate various machines in a production environment.
• Always utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Observe safety requirements and maintain a clean, organized work area, including the production area, machine cleaning, and general cleaning.
• Safely use fixtures and tools needed for tasks such as trimming and assembly.
• Perform routine duties related to molding/forming, inspecting, packaging, and assembly according to customer requirements.
• Operate assigned press/machine(s) safely and efficiently.
• Assemble plastic products at a pace consistent with machinery or at a standard volume.
• Conduct visual inspections and measurements to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Report deviations or product issues to supervisors or quality department.
• Pack and prepare finished parts in appropriate containers and apply labels if required.
• Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement in production processes and quality.
• Complete all required documentation and participate in employee meetings for plant performance and improvement.

Pay Range: $15.12 - $22.68 per hour.
