Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines to ensure safe and efficient production.
• Consistently meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
• Pack finished products into designated dunnage and perform material loading and unloading activities as required.
• Inspect finished parts to verify conformance with specifications, quality requirements, and customer standards.

This is a Full-time/ Contract opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Previous experience operating injection molding or manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, quality standards, and production documentation.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or factory environment.

Pay Rate:

$18.00 to $20.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
