Kelly Services is seeking a Machine Operator in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin to join a premier manufacturing facility. You will work on first shift, operate punch presses and other machines, and help maintain quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and about 1 year of related manufacturing experience. You should be comfortable standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and following detailed work instructions while ensuring customer

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
  • $18-19 per hour on 1st

50 hours per week!
  • 1st shift; Monday - Friday; 5am-3pm

What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator? You’ll be:
  • Reviewing and understanding operating procedures from work instructions and job travelers to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Operating punch presses and other machine types, including both continuous and single stroke operations.
  • Monitoring machines for malfunctions and performing periodic checks on parts to ensure they meet customer specifications.
