The role requires 1–3 years of experience, ability to read blueprints, and physical stamina to stand and lift up to 50 lbs. Temp-to-hire with a 6:00 AM–2:00 PM shift and a $18–$19 per hour pay rate.

Qualifications

Pay Rate: $18.00–$19.00/hour (based on experience).
Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Summary

Operate and maintain high-speed production equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate high-speed production and press machinery according to job specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and inspect finished products using tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist in managing workflow by supporting production operations and material movement throughout the plant.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, and clear equipment jams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production logs, track material usage, and follow all safety regulations while keeping a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of machine operating experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing or production setting preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with effective troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift or move up to 50 lbs frequently.
• High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training is a plus.
