Job summary

Belmark Inc. is seeking a Specialty Finishing Operator for the 3rd shift in Wisconsin. The role requires operating multiple high-speed converting assets, following safety procedures, and maintaining excellent attendance.

Responsibilities include case packing, labeling, staging raw materials, and performing quality tests to ensure product quality attributes are met during converting. A drug test is required if offered the position; the pay is $25.53 per hour, including a $2.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to two years of high school or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow English communication.
• Regular attendance is required; may work overtime.
• Must be able to use a ruler and hand tools.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with whole numbers.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and more.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and food safety requirements.
• Maintain superior attendance.
• Operate multiple high-speed converting assets.
• Case packing finished product and labeling on pallet.
• Stage raw materials and perform quality tests.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
