Belmark Inc in Wisconsin is looking for a Specialty Finishing Operator to join our high-speed converting area. You will set up and operate multiple converting assets, ensuring product quality and on-time completion of tasks.

The role requires following safety procedures, maintaining good attendance, and the ability to lift substantial weights. Belmark offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative working environment, with a 1st shift schedule and a pre-employment drug test if offered.

Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to two years of high school.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow English instructions.
• Regular attendance; overtime may be required.
• Must use a ruler, calculator and various hand tools.
• Lift up to 100 pounds or more as needed; up to 75 pounds commonly.
• Color/registration color vision and motion perception required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and food safety requirements.
• Maintain superior attendance record.
• Operate high-speed converting assets and set up processes.
• Case packing finished product and labeling.
• Stage raw materials and perform quality tests.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
