Job summary

Felss Rotaform, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a dependable team member for loading/unloading machines and assisting with production. The role requires basic troubleshooting and use of gauges/calipers to inspect parts and maintain quality.

We offer multi-shift scheduling (1st, 2nd, 3rd) with a competitive hourly wage and benefits. Prior CNC exposure is a plus, with opportunities to grow within a long-standing manufacturing company.

Qualifications

• CNC experience is a plus.
• Good mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use simple quality devices such as gauges and calipers.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads machines or containers with raw, work in process, or formed material.
• Produces parts at an achievable rate to ensure efficiency.
• Performs basic troubleshooting activities to ensure product quality.
• Performs visual and part inspection using basic measuring devices to ensure quality of part.
• Performs minor adjustments.

The pay range for this position is $19.50-$20.50/hr. Actual compensation will be based on a good faith assessment of the candidate's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
