ProAmpac is seeking experienced Machine Operators for a 12‑hour night shift to keep automated lines running safely and efficiently. The role emphasizes reading work orders, adjusting settings, performing quality checks, and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Starting pay is $20.75 per hour with a $1.10 shift premium for highly qualified candidates, plus weekly pay and overtime opportunities. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a team‑focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to perform machine‑specific preventative maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Perform machine setup and changeovers.
• Read and follow work orders and production specifications.
• Complete quality checks and required production documentation.
• Troubleshoot basic machine or quality issues.
• Understand machine components including rollers, knives, webs, and unwind systems.
• Support startup, shutdown, and shift change procedures.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

Machine Operator – 12hr Night Shift

PAC by ProAmpac is hiring experienced Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team. If you enjoy hands‑on work, solving problems, working with machinery, and being part of a team that values safety, reliability, and production excellence, we want to hear from you.

Please note: This is a machine operator role in a manufacturing environment. This is not a forklift position.

12-hour rotating day shift, 8am to 8pm

Weekly Pay!

Starting Pay Rate: $20.75 and up for highly qualified candidates based on experience, skill, and machine proficiency (plus $1.10 shift premium).

• Previous machine operator experience in manufacturing
• Experience working from raw material through finished product production
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to perform machine‑specific preventative maintenance tasks

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
• Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist
