Job summary

Jobot is hiring a CNC Operator with aerospace and machine shop experience in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This on-site, 2nd shift role offers long-term stability with regular hours from 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday, and a hourly pay range of $28–$32.

The candidate will work in a precision manufacturing environment, performing multi-axis milling, program development, and machine setup with direct collaboration across the shop team. Medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits are provided.

Job Description

Join an established precision manufacturing company serving highly regulated industries has an immediate full‑time opening for an experienced CNC Operator-2nd shift. This on‑site role offers long‑term stability and the opportunity to support a growing production environment.

Hours: 2nd shift

Days: Monday-Friday 2pm-1030pm

Job Requirements

• Experience with mill
• 3 axis, 4 axis, 5 axis
• Assist with equipment setup, initial part verification, and optimization of CNC machining processes across multi‑axis milling operations.
• Assist with equipment setup and initial production activities, including troubleshooting and making program -adjustments to support stable operations.
• Develop and modify programs to support a variety of manufacturing processes and equipment types.
• Collaborate with shop personnel to improve and standardize processes, tooling, and work methods.
• Maintain organized control of program files, digital models, documentation, and related records in accordance with internal procedures.
• Support advanced machining activities as required in a modern manufacturing environment.
• Mori Seiki, Mazak Fanuc or Siemens controls experience is desired

Qualifications

• General understanding of manufacturing operations and machining concepts.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with supporting production environments and working collaboratively with operations teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and documentation discipline.
