Jobot is hiring an Entry‑Level Machine Operator to support daily production of aerospace-grade materials in Santa Fe Springs, CA. You will learn to safely operate cutting and processing equipment with hands-on training and clear advancement paths.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to stand for extended periods. No prior machine experience is needed, and on‑the‑job training is provided with overtime opportunities.

• Measure and inspect material using basic measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, rulers).
• Load, unload, and move material manually or with material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
