Simpson Strong-Tie in West Chicago, IL is seeking a Machine Operator to run autofill lines and related equipment, ensuring safe, efficient production and quality parts.
You will work a 10 hr shift, Monday–Thursday 6:00 am–4:30 pm with overtime as needed, performing setup, calibration, troubleshooting, and material handling with a pallet jack to support production goals.

As a Machine Operator you are responsible for operating the assigned machinery, ensuring it runs smoothly, works at capacity without issue, and is appropriately maintained to ensure quality products. You will often be assigned to an autofill team to run an autofill line safely, efficiently, and cohesively to ensure product meets quality standards. You will be responsible for collaborating to ensure all raw materials and components are available to meet production plans and ensure all customer demands are met with a focus on quality and safety practices. This position works a 10 hr shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, with overtime as needed.

This position requires domestic and international travel up to 5% of the time.
This full-time position is in West Chicago, IL.
