Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials using forklifts.
• Lead daily Shipping and Receiving operations, ensuring activities follow procedures and priorities.
• Verify received and shipped quantities by comparing inventory against work orders and documentation.
• Identify, report, and document damaged or missing materials while maintaining lot traceability.
• Ensure all materials are labeled with appropriate item and lot numbers.
• Maintain accurate control and safeguarding of all documentation generated during Shipping and Receiving.
• Allocate and organize storage space based on material type and size.
• Maintain inventories of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging in the system (SAP preferred).
• Deliver Bills of Lading to customers and management as required.
• Serve as contact for internal Safety audits, ISO 9001:2015 audits, and customer audits related to warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and warehouse procedures.
• Act as the direct responsible party for forklifts assigned to Shipping and Receiving.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as required.
