Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Machine Operator Level 2P to join our manufacturing team in Twinsburg, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating a variety of automatic and semi-automatic production machinery. Working under established guidelines, you will ensure all manufacturing tasks are completed efficiently while upholding our strict quality, precision, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Efficiently set up, calibrate, and operate automatic or semi-automatic production machinery.
• Process Execution: Follow detailed process sheets, blueprints, and explicit written or verbal instructions from supervisors.
• Quality Assurance: Meticulously inspect machine operations and finished outputs against predetermined tolerances to ensure zero defects.
• Troubleshooting: Proactively identify, report, and correct minor deviations or variances from standard operating procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate and exchange clear, factual production updates with team members and internal customers.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all company policies, regulatory guidelines, and workplace safety requirements.

Required Qualifications
