Hire Sync is hiring Machine Operators for a growing, established manufacturing company in Wellington, OH. Start a manufacturing career with paid training and join a team that values reliability and a strong work ethic.

Position is 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, with a pay range of $16.00–$17.00/hour DOE plus a $0.75/hour shift differential. Training provided to beginners to build manufacturing skills and advance within the company.

• Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to process customer parts per work instructions.
• Load, unload, and handle parts and materials through production.
• Inspect parts and use basic measuring tools to verify quality.
• Document results and perform routine quality checks.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support maintenance as trained and report concerns.

What You'll Do

• Operate production equipment to process customer parts according to work instructions
• Load, unload, and handle parts and materials throughout the production process
• Inspect finished and in-process parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Use basic measuring and inspection tools to verify parts
• Perform routine quality checks and accurately document production results
• Move materials and work-in-process products within your assigned work area
• Keep machines and work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Perform basic equipment care and maintenance as trained
• Identify and communicate quality or production concerns
• Follow established safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and quality goals

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing, production, machine operation, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts and components
• Ability to follow written work instructions and safety procedures
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills
