Job Title: Machine Operator

Pay: $15+/hour DOE

Shift: Monday–Friday, some Saturdays | 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Location: Tulsa, OK

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Machine Operator to join our production team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for operating equipment that mixes materials according to specified formulas to manufacture brick and block products. This is a safety-sensitive role requiring physical endurance, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Operate machines that mix materials to create brick/block products according to work orders.

· Gather and weigh specified materials; document batch information accurately.

· Load materials into machinery and monitor processing.

· Use hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment.

· Assist with parts and supply inventory.

· Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and required PPE use.

Skills & Experience Required:

· Previous experience in a production or industrial environment

· Familiarity with power and hand tools

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

· Capable of bending, twisting, reaching, and working in confined spaces

· Willingness and ability to wear PPE as required
