Job summary

Manpower in Thorp, WI is seeking dedicated Production Machine Operators. You will read production schedules, set up and adjust equipment, and gather materials to support a high-performance team. The role requires basic computer skills and familiarity with measurement tools.

Overtime may apply; the shift runs 5:00am–3:30pm. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in manufacturing, a High School Diploma or GED, and physical ability to handle lifting and standing for extended periods.

Our client, in Thorp, WIis seeking dedicated and motivated Production Machine Operators to join their team. As a Production Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting a dynamic and collaborative team.

Job Title: Production Machine Operators

Location: Thorp, WI

1st- $19.00 M- TH 5:00am-3:30pm, overtime as needed Fridays

What's the Job?

Read, understand, and follow production schedules

Set up and adjust equipment

Gather materials as needed

Perform quality checks

Operate motorized equipment (i.e. forklift, lifts, etc.) as needed

Perform minor preventative maintenance and operator care as required

Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

What's Needed?

• One year experience in a manufacturing setting
