Job summary

Labor Solutions, LLC is seeking reliable and detail-oriented machine operators to join our production team on the 1st and 2nd shifts. This role focuses on safely operating machinery, loading materials, and monitoring performance to meet quality and output standards.

You will perform basic machine adjustments, inspect finished products for quality, and follow all safety policies. The position requires good math/measurement skills and dependable attendance.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately to 1/16 inch (required)
• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay:$18–$19/hour (DOE)

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift
• 2nd Shift
