Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Requirements for Machine Operator:

• Ability to stand for 10 hours a day and perform repetitive tasks
• Physically capable of bending, twisting, turning, and performing tasks above the head
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs at varying frequencies
• Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to use hands in a fast-paced assembly process
• Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): bump hats, steel-toe boots (required on the first day), earplugs, resistant gloves, and safety goggles
• Capable of adhering to strict standard work procedures and safety protocols
• A team player with strong communication skills and a desire for personal growth
