TreeHouse Foods is hiring a Machine Operator at our Northlake, TX facility. You will monitor packaging lines, perform adjustments, and ensure product labeling and quality checks meet specifications.

The role requires 1–2 years of machine operator experience and a focus on safety and efficiency. The position is full-time on the night shift (6:00 PM–6:30 AM), with a competitive hourly rate of $21.63–$22.71 plus a $1.00 night differential.

• Ability to use knowledge, creativity, and initiative to improve efficiency or safety.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe machine operation and detect malfunctions; adjust for optimal run.
• Make adjustments or repairs (valves, formers, sealing jaws, guides, temperature controls, gas fill ratios).
• Record quality checks in the database and align packaging output with specs.
• Ensure all quality standards are met through checks.
• Lubricate, sanitize, troubleshoot, perform minor mechanical adjustments and preventive maintenance on packaging line.
• Follow work orders, blending matrix, and coffee transports according to company protocol.
• Ensure correct labeling and complete/accurate label data.
