Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Machine Operator at our Northlake, TX site to operate and monitor packaging lines, perform adjustments, and document quality checks in our database, ensuring the output meets all specifications. You will work a 2-2-3 continental schedule on Day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, earning $21.63–$22.71 per hour.

You’ll also support preventive maintenance and ensure accurate labeling and traceability.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of machine operator experience required.
• Knowledge of tools, machines, and safety precautions in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to implement improvements using knowledge and initiative.
• Critical thinking and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Observe machine operation to detect malfunctions and adjust for optimal run.
• Perform adjustments or repairs, such as valves, formers, seals, guides and temperature controls.
• Record quality checks and align packaging output to specifications.
• Ensure quality standards and perform cleaning, lubrication and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with labeling accuracy and adherence to work orders and schedules.
