CHASE Staffing is recruiting a Brake Press Operator for the Temple, GA area on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM). You will set up and operate brake press machinery, read blueprints and work orders, measure parts, and adjust equipment to meet production specs in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience operating brake press or similar equipment preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, work orders and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM.
• Willingness to overtime including extended shifts and Saturdays as needed.
• Must lift/move materials and wear steel-toe footwear.

URGENTLY HIRING ROLL FORM AND Brake Press Operator - 1st Shift

Location: Temple, GA Area 17.00. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM. Overtime: Must be available to work overtime, including extended shifts until approximately 4:30 PM and Saturdays from 6:00 AM-12:00 PM, as needed.

The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate brake press machinery to bend and form metal materials.
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and production specifications.
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain proper production specifications.
• Monitor equipment during operation and report any issues.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.

• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.
