Job Title: Machine Operator

Department: Processing

Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Full-time

Role Summary
The Machine Operator handles daily equipment operations. The ideal candidate is a multi-trade problem solver, technologically savvy, with prior machine operating experience. We seek dedicated team players committed to achieving daily goals and contributing to Trulieve's success.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proficiently set up, adjust, and operate all equipment in the facility
  • Perform routine checks and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure equipment functionality
  • Maintain, operate, and clean machinery
  • Follow safety rules and regulations
  • Ensure attention to detail for machine care and food safety standards
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience as an equipment technician in an industrial setting or similar
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Math, problem-solving, mechanical aptitude
  • Good time management for efficiency and quality

Additional Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 19
  • Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License or ability to obtain one
  • Successful background screening

Physical Requirements

  • Lift/move at least 50 lbs., work at heights, and handle organic matter daily
  • Work seated/standing for extended periods, climb ladders, kneel, crouch, reach, and use hands frequently
  • Wear PPE and work in various environmental conditions
  • Good visual acuity and verbal communication skills

This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off. Expect to work approximately 40 hours per week, with after-hours availability for emergencies.
