Job Responsibilities:

As a Lead Machine Operator, you will:

• Set up machinery ensuring all materials are available
• Assist with changeovers
• Operate and monitor equipment safely
• Inspect production runs and report malfunctions
• Maintain records and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Qualifications:

Required:

• At least 1 year of general work experience
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment
• Basic math skills and reading comprehension

Preferred:

• Leadership or supervisory experience (minimum 1 year)
• Production or manufacturing machine operation experience
• Experience in high-speed industrial environments
