About the Role

As a Machine Operator, you will set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment used in fabricating refrigeration system components. Your focus will be to ensure safety, maintain high-quality standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up machinery based on blueprints and specifications.
• Operate equipment such as tube spinners, T-drill benders, and fabrication machinery.
• Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, tape measures and other measurement tools.
• Identify and correct defective parts.
• Conduct routine machine cleaning and preventative maintenance.
• Support process improvements and Lean initiatives.
• Follow all safety procedures and operating guidelines.

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Proficiency with calipers, tape measures, and measurement to the 16th graduation.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
• Willingness to train on all equipment and cross‑train as needed.
• Ability to work overtime and perform responsibilities with minimal supervision.
