Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled and dependable Machine Operators to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, ensuring the efficient running of production. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow strict procedures, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators.
  • Set up, adjust, and monitor different machines according to provided specifications.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to prevent malfunctions.
  • Inspect machinery daily to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions.
  • Follow all company policies regarding safety protocols; report any potential hazards or accidents immediately.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area by removing chips, waste material or other debris from machines regularly.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a machine operator working with high-speed Machinery is preferred but not mandatory for candidates who demonstrate mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn through training programs. provided by the company.
  • Strong understanding of production procedures.
  • Basic math skills and understanding of measuring systems.
  • Physical stamina with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods of time.
  • Detail-oriented Team player with good organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work shifts including nights weekends holidays as required by shift rotation schedules.
  • Must own or purchase tools within 90 days.
