INFINIUM has an immediate need for a conscientious, hardworking, and dedicated CNC Machine Operator (Day and Night Shifts) to join our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to produce precision components.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform various functions, such as cutting, drilling, milling, reaming, and boring of metallic and nonmetallic workpieces.
• Monitor the CNC machine while it executes tasks to ensure the machine produces the desired specifications.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
• Check finished workpieces to ensure they meet specifications and discard defective pieces.
• Follow safety protocols and always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety activities to streamline production processes and enhance product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Certificate or diploma in engineering is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
• Detailed knowledge of CNC machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift heavy materials, 15‑20 pounds repeatedly.

Work Schedule

This is a full‑time position requiring 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required with reasonable notice.
