Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Night Shift Machine Operator with entry-level to experienced CNC machinist capabilities. We train the right person and offer a path for advancement. You will operate CNC lathes and mills, read drawings, measure parts, and ensure quality while maintaining a safe work area.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse experience (preferred).
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take precise measurements and set up machines.
• Load/unload materials and maintain a safe workspace.
• Perform quality checks on finished parts.

Night Shift Machine Operator - Entry Level to Experienced CNC Machinist Welcome.

We're looking for hardworking individuals who want to build a career in manufacturing. No extensive experience required—we will train the right candidate.

Duties Include:

• Operating production machinery, CNC Lathes and Mills.
• Review drawings, instructions, or samples ensuring accurate production of parts.
• Take precise measurements for cutting or shaping.
• Select appropriate machine and settings for given task.
• Loading and unloading materials, team lift as necessary
• Conducting quality checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

Preference will be given to candidates with the following skills and experience:

• 1+ years of warehouse experience
• Forklift experience
• Mechanical aptitude
