Dakotaland Manufacturing | Full-Time | Days

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with equipment, paying close attention to detail, and being part of a team that takes pride in producing high‑quality parts.

Schedule

Monday-Thursday: 6:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Friday: 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Overtime as required

Pay Range

$18-$22 per hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to produce parts within required tolerances
• Perform first‑piece inspections and ongoing quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment
• Maintain inspection and production documentation accurately
• Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC programs to support production requirements
• Report production issues, equipment concerns, or quality problems to the supervisor promptly
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures during machine setup or maintenance
• Participate in safety training sessions and audits as required

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Technical training or certifications in machining or manufacturing are a plus
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC programs
• Knowledge of precision measurement and inspection techniques preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team
• Basic math skills
• Desire to learn new skills and grow technical knowledge
