Universal Air Filter is a leader in custom air filtration solutions for protecting mission-critical equipment. Serving Telecommunications, Medical, Military, Renewable Energy, and Industrial markets, UAF develops solutions to keep critical electronics safe in indoor and outdoor environments. Position Summary: The Machine Operator operates multiple machines in a production environment, ensuring smooth operations and assisting with warehouse tasks. Flexibility to move between machines and support receiving and warehouse operations is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Machine Operation:
   • Operate and monitor machines, troubleshoot issues, and perform adjustments.
   • Ensure proper machine setup and maintenance checks.
   • Adhere to safety and quality standards.
   • Maintain production documentation and quality checks.
   • Assist with warehouse material handling and record-keeping.
2. Warehouse and Receiving Duties:
   • Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
   • Maintain inventory records and assist with shipment staging.
   • Operate forklift as needed.
3. Cross-Functional Support:
   • Support multiple machines based on production needs.
   • Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
   • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and interpret technical documentation.
• Understanding of production equipment and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with record-keeping software and inventory procedures.
• High school diploma required; experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and operate machinery with manual dexterity.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $20-$23, non-exempt.
• Shift options: Day, Night, Weekend with similar benefits.
