Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking a manufacturing associate in Indiana to operate an injection molding line and secondary equipment. You will inspect molded parts, read basic instructions, and ensure accurate part counts while reporting scrap at shift end.

The role requires lifting up to 40 pounds, following verbal directions, and performing general housekeeping. Pay ranges from $15 to $17 per hour, depending on experience and manufacturing skills.

• Box, tape and prepare product for shipment.
• Keep general housekeeping and follow supervisor directions.

Job Duties

• Operate injection molding machine or secondary equipment in safe and efficient manner.
• Inspect molded parts for possible defects
• Ability to determine differences in color and other visual blemishes (mold defects)
• Use and read basic measuring tools
• Ability to follow verbal instructions
• Ability to read and understand basic visual/written work instructions
• Maintain accurate part counts
• Keep track of and report scrap at the end of each shift
• May need to trim excess plastic from part as needed using various small tools
• Box, tape and prepare product for shipment
• General housekeeping and other duties as directed by supervisor

Pay rate is$15 - $17 an hour depending on manufacturing experience.
