Job summary

Trillium Staffing in the Berlin/Millersport area is seeking Process Technicians to join an established plastics manufacturer. You will be responsible for set‑up and operation of injection molding equipment, perform mold changes, and help resolve issues affecting material flow, temperature, and cycle times.

We are offering competitive pay of $33.10–$33.70 per hour with a $2 per hour differential for off‑hour shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Process Technician in a plastics environment.
• Extensive knowledge of injection molding (PIM).
• Experience with multi-cavity injection molds.
• Experience performing mold changes.
• Knowledge of MATTEC.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs individually and 200 lbs with a team.
• Good math skills.

Trillium Staffing has a tremendous opportunity for Process Technicians to join an established and growing manufacturer in the Berlin/Millersport area!

Responsibilities

Process Technicians will be responsible for set‑up and operations of injection molding, injection blow molding and injection stretch blow molding equipment, perform mold changes and adjustments, and resolve process issues including material flow, temperature control, and cycle times.

Pay

Pay rate: $33.10–$33.70 per hour, with an additional $2 per hour shift differential for all hours outside of 7 am–3 pm.

Shifts

• 1st – 7 am–3 pm, Mon–Fri
• 2nd – 3 pm–11 pm, Mon–Fri
• 3rd – 11 pm–7 am, Mon–Fri
