Job summary

ManpowerGroup is hiring a Machine Operator/Production Associate for the 2nd shift in Rockford, MI. The role involves operating automated production equipment, inspecting and assembling parts, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong attendance, be willing to commit to 55–60 hours per week including Saturdays, and lift up to 25 lbs. English reading/writing is required, with good hand-eye coordination and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Excellent attendance and reliability are required.
• Must be willing and able to work 55-60 hours per week, including Saturdays and overtime as needed.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs. repeatedly.
• Comfortable performing repetitive work in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
