G.Z.Q.S.O. is seeking a reliable Machine Operator for the 2nd and 3rd shifts in Sterling Heights, MI. You will operate and monitor production machinery, set up equipment, and ensure quality and safety across a fast-paced manufacturing line.

The role requires reading work instructions, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; candidates should be dependable, work well both independently and in a team, and be ready for overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.

Location: Sterling Heights, MI

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Sterling Heights. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and are committed to quality and safety.

Available Shifts

2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
