Valcom is seeking a production associate to operate automated SMT and through-hole machinery in a climate-controlled Roanoke, VA facility. You will run, calibrate, and maintain equipment that places electronic components on printed circuit boards, ensuring quality at every step.
No prior experience is required—we will train you and offer growth opportunities, OT when available, and a $1.00 per hour shift differential on the second shift.
